Building on PFF’s success, PFF FC was launched to focus exclusively on football (soccer) analytics. Leveraging PFF’s methodology and expertise, PFF FC delivered bespoke player grades, physical metrics, event data and broadcast tracking tailored to the global game.
In June 2024, with strong support from PFF leadership, PFF FC spun off as an independent company. This amicable split and accompanying strategic investment empowered the team to expand its data footprint, accelerate R&D, and serve clients with greater agility under its own banner.
Marking a fresh chapter, PFF FC rebranded to Gradient in 2025. The new identity reflects our commitment to continuous, multi-dimensional measurement and innovation while honoring the precision and integrity that have defined our journey since day one.
