The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in React Native and native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) to own the development of our mobile apps from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a greenfield project, set the technical direction, and shape the mobile experience for fans worldwide. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build apps that are smooth, scalable, and delightful to use.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives on ownership, cares deeply about user experience, and wants to have a direct impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of our mobile applications using React Native, influenced by your experience building native iOS apps.
  
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to bring new features to life.
  
  
• Integrate with backend APIs and ensure efficient, reliable data handling.
  
  
• Optimize for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
  
• Implement polished user interactions, navigation flows, and animations.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  
  
• Apply best practices in coding, testing, and mobile architecture.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
  
  
• 3+ years working with both native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and React Native.
  
  
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
  
  
• Experience with API integration, authentication, and offline data handling.
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD and app store deployment.
  
  
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Android development (Kotlin/Java).
  
  
• Experience with real-time data, animations, or multimedia.
  
  
• Familiarity with: Expo, Fabric, React Navigation, Lottie
